Superb project management tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

Great for individual and group use. I like how it consolidates all messages, images, videos and whatever content anyone from the team has published in all conversation threads. This is helpful whenever the group would like to look back on certain important discussions which prove useful at the moment. In addition, it allows you to bookmark a list of sites and make it accessible with whatever browser you use. We can also give sub-groups pictures that serve as their logos to avoid confusion among which group is which.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Listing order functionalities are redundant and limited for customization. The search does not cover texts within documents. The integration with other apps like Microsoft is limited. Moreover, social media features are too trying hard and unnecessary. I suggest it narrows its focus on improving essential functions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have been using Yammer for more than a decade now and for various purposes, from personal use to business management and consulting. During the period, I have seen the app evolve to having more features that cut across various functions such as project management and work collaboration. While I adore Yammer, I don't turn a blind eye on its weak points which I fervently hope can be fixed and improved on.
