With a very simple user interface, Yammer allows everyone, even non-techy people, to be able to use it effortlessly for sharing and gathering information.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More than a year of using Yammer, I haven't stumbled upon anything negative about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like how discussions are made visible for everyone to see. It allows us to take surveys for important events and allows wide-scale participation, giving everyone a voice on company decisions. I like how it can bring everyone together in a fun way.
