What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that its interface is similar to Facebook, I can easily share the idea and get feedback from my team who is spread across the different departments of the company. With Yammer I can connect four different locations and colleagues at the other branches. It saves more time instead of creating meeting, people are able to express their opinion and give feedback.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some people don’t use the tool on a regular basis but some of them engage into the conversation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to provide training program and our staff can access the exercises out of the Yammer and to leave a feedback into the training group about their experiences. It helps us to create wonderful discussion and to connect with like-minded people from different locations.
