What are the best aspects of this product?

This has excellent reporting features. It makes standard-reports easier to access and view, which is largely helpful when dealing with different projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has an inconvenient and hard to use interface. This leaves the platform behind other property management tools.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This makes our billing processes more convenient. It is great that the app can connect to the AVID bill as well.
