This is a highly customizable app to suit our needs and preferences, but without setting aside its ease of use. It helps us easily find certain people through search. Also, it features useful reports in renewable worksheets, while making it easier to spot incorrect files or data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Uploading some report documents takes a long time which is quite inconvenient for us. However, this might be a problem with our own server.
