Super convenient once you get the hang of using it

What are the best aspects of this product?

It provides all features I need for my tasks. This is especially convenient when you’ve fully mastered using it through some practice. It also works great when handling reports because of speedy upload time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Primarily because our office hasn’t completely used Yardi as a dedicated platform for now. And because reports from Yardi can be opened through other apps, I often find myself hopping from one tool to another. This is especially true when we use Yardi only for certain properties, and when our boss tells us to do so.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

After fully grasping the tool and its features, it has become a great help for our office. It has made collecting rental payments and accounts receivable easier as well as free from mistakes.
