What are the best aspects of this product?

This is perfect for helping me stay on the right way when communicating with clients. This is because it won’t close an activity without any follow-ups.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app has some errors I’ve encountered. When searching, for example, you need to type certain letters to find a name, only to gain no results because letters won’t show after you encode. Not to mention the platform often becomes sluggish as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a big help for managing communications with clients because it seamlessly saves essential contact details. This keeps me on the right track for work, while keeping unneeded hassles away when talking with clients.
