What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a terrific property management software that provides convenient coding features. However, despite its simplicity, it is complex enough to accommodate different property managing tasks all in one platform. It has wonderful features for the convenient upload of invoices, as well as generating and viewing reports through the app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software lacks intuitive features, and its UI isn’t that smooth to navigate. We often consume a lot of time for learning some features that the platform has. Then, we frequently call the user support for help. It doesn’t carry the cool features that other property managing tools have, such as features for comparing invoices while calculating.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Largely helpful in doing essential property management tasks in no time. I primarily use it for preparing and managing lease contracts, as well as for handling payable accounts.
