What are the best aspects of this product?

This is certainly the best property management tool I’ve discovered. It has convenient access as well as fast-updating features that complement well with my tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are days when the software becomes sluggish, noticed it about every month. We try to catch up with many tasks regularly that's how we happened to notice delays. However, I’m hoping for some fixes on future updates of the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a great software that has made our business processes more efficient and convenient. Property and asset management had never been this easy.
