Easy and seem-less to setup and deploy

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's easy to get started. Especially with their bulk upload feature. Also adding intents and future training is also very easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although the product is easy to use. Would really appreciate if they can work some product tutorials to help learn more about all the features.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The team is working on more connectors and live chat feature. Waiting for it to become live.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Reduced our customer support cost and increased presence in multiple channels.
