What are the best aspects of this product?

Some technical knowledge may be necessary to be able to better navigate Yellowfin and fully understand how to use all its functionalities. Our dashboard is now better after the integration of its reports feature. Our employees also now have direct access to their data through this software. It has features like storyboards and broadcasts which make it more convenient and easily accessible for people who need to work with their data on a given limited-time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Yellowfin could be improved in terms of performance. It would also benefit the users if the processes within the software would be more straightforward and less complex, especially when needing to perform only simple functionalities.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This performs similar functions as Excel for our software but it does a better job with the additional reports feature.
