What are the best aspects of this product?

Seemed easy and flawless t at first. After started using it we found many insufficiencies and drawbacks in the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not meant for grocery stores or eCommerce operators. It's an incomplete product in many ways. Simple functionalities like variant pricing, price display inclusive of taxes, tax reports, and complaint formats to local governments.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They promise excellent support during sign up. When you actually sign up, no satisfactory response. The whole team vanishes. In most of the cases, there is no response. For very simple problems, you have to chase a million times to get unsatisfactory answers. They only show promptness in asking for more money that too to fix and cover their own mistakes. We expect response to our problems,
