What are the best aspects of this product?
Can be easily configured to however you want to use the system. I especially love configuring the alerting function for file systems CPU usage, memory monitoring, monitoring servers, web monitoring, etc.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Reporting can be improved, not tuned properly with the SNMP firewall.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Saves us money because it is free, highly configurable to our needs, efficient monitoring, keeping track of website availability.
