What are the best aspects of this product?
Zabbix allows me to easily monitor OS, routers, switches, and access points. It has customizable templates, is open source, and is easy to set up for different threshold limits.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I had problems with how much time it takes to identify which OS operates in the host system when I was using SNMP, but after using Zabbix, it became much more straightforward.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Email alerts for server problems so I can immediately solve system problems even at home.
