What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how out of the box Zabbix is. It provides us multi-tenancy support, ad-hoc graphs, API integration, a clear and open roadmap, and a configurable system!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
First-time users may have trouble customizing the system.
