What are the best aspects of this product?
We are a small team and Zdoo CRM is the perfect fit for our company. It is definitely worth of money.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Zdoo can be abit more flexible like SuiteCRM and Vtiger. Zdoo is going to be used by people outside of China like myself. So it will need to be more customisable through the actual admin interface.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
If the language and date format can be localized, it would be great.

I used the Email notification to notify my employees about the updates in CRM.
