Being an open-source is already a significant benefit that Zen Cart offers. It is easy to customize and configure with the use of only a few PHP codes too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The support service isn't that great. Although, I understand that open source platforms cannot provide a stellar support service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

An online shopping cart that is a great option for business startups. It works for small companies with online stores too. It also has payment gateway options that are all easy to integrate into the online shop.
