What are the best aspects of this product?
I was apprehensive about using a customer service bot at first, but Zendesk has truly made an impact on our business. We’ve been able to address customer issues at a more efficient rate. Setting up auto-answers is possible too, which makes this tool all the more convenient.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have no complaints. This is a really good tool to have in your corner.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
No customer issue goes unresolved anymore. Everything is accounted for and our team is able to address all tickets that have been filed.
