What are the best aspects of this product?
ZenDesk has a suite of features that I find really useful. For example, it allows me to “walk” a visitor through our website. Not only does this help us provide good and unique customer experience, but it also gives me and my team insight on which web page gets the most traffic. From our customers’ end, it’s easy to connect with our chat support team too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
You need to set aside a pretty sum if you want to maximize the benefits of this chat software. This means bumping your subscription up to the next one if you want to enjoy more tools.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use ZenDesk mostly to convert our site visitors into customers. This has been an effective tool in this regard and we are happy with it.
