What are the best aspects of this product?

Communicating with our clients is now more efficient. There are several platforms that have been set-up by this solution—all of which are aimed to help us develop better relationships with our customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not going to lie, the price is pretty steep. However, we are sticking to this system because of the benefits that it offers. Its reporting could use a little improvement though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zendesk works well for multi-departmental teams. It can efficiently identify the correct silo to answer a particular question, thus cutting the processing time for tickets.
