What are the best aspects of this product?
Even if you’re someone who hasn’t had a lot of experience in customer service via chat, ZenDesk is a tool you can count on. In fact, I really like its interface is easy to use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If I wanted to reach out to a client that I have been previously talking to, I’d have to wait for them to re-initiate the chat. Otherwise, I’d have to transition our conversation to email which can be quite hard to do.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Working in a medical research company, it is expected to have a lot of inquiries coming in about our work. Zendesk has taken the load out of these interactions by allowing us to quickly and efficiently answer these queries via chat.
