What are the best aspects of this product?

Zendesk Live Chat is easily the most user-friendly live chat software I have come across. Best of all, our customers cherish it very much.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only problem with Zendesk Live Chat so far is that I have been having difficulties in configuring automated replies so that customer service is speedier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zendesk Live Chat has resolved the problem of addressing issues one by one that stream through the telephone since we can now assist customers via chat. This has helped us save a lot of money and let us be more profitable. That is because newly onboarded individuals to our platform make their queries via chat and we were able to convert them from there.
