What are the best aspects of this product?
In my opinion, Zendesk is a flexible and robust solution. Out of the box thinkers can do a lot with this app. We use it for organization, workflow, and customer support. The third party app store is a big benefit. We can integrate the app with the other daily systems we use to make everything easy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Zendesk seems to have become less sensitive to user needs. Before, they really used to listen to customer feedback to improve their product. But now this doesn’t seem to be the case. Plus, there is frequent downtime, however to be fair, they fix the issue quickly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Zendesk has helped us to resolve numerous business issues. We use it to provide timely customer support. It has made us realize that many tasks can be accomplished through voicemail responses, escalations, etc.
