What are the best aspects of this product?
Zendesk makes their clients into experts and advocates for their own platform. The helpdesk software provides us with thorough overview of both customer and integrations including the number of the platforms we use for internal reporting and customer contact management as well. The integration with Goof Data allows us powerful reporting and ability to provide deep insights to our department and organization.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I cannot think about anything that I might dislike, whenever we run into some issues we contact their customer service and they solve the problem for us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to address customer questions via email, and to provide CRM for all our associates, live chat and SMS solutions. We are able to manage internal cases for both customers and stakeholders within the organization. It helps us to track customer satisfaction vie phone and email and to maintain complete overview of the customer behavior.
