Zendesk is great tool to connect businesses on channels you want. The good thing is that you can manage everything from one place, our team can keep track of the conversations and to continue the process. We are able to perform great customer service and to provide great experience to our customers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could improve the mobile app for Zendesk so it can be able to sort on search so we don’t have to use the desktop feature.

It helps us to solve our subscribers’ needs for apps integration and to reduce support cases. It has great connect features. It helps us to take issues, resolve them and to turn them into Knowledge Base articles so we can better assist our subscribers and help them to find better solutions.
