Although it cannot be compared with other products in terms of functionality, it has a drawback. Despite it being helpful and offering the best of project management solutions, it can be a pricy service. Its pricing plans are based on per user and they are expensive as compared to when you are using GitHub. Although built from this, when you have multiple users, it means that you have to pay more which can be expensive. It would be better if they customized their pricing plans to suit the needs of project manager with multiple users.

When it comes to prioritizing tasks, ZenHub helps us to do that and also monitor the existing ones with ease. The rich features such as Burndown helps us to rate the complexity of the tasks in our projects. Apart from that, we can use this functionality to know their completion time which is a huge plus on our part.
