What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a crowd-favorite in our office. We require our employees, especially those who are working remotely, to use this VPN to make sure that our data is protected. So far, we haven't had any issues in training and getting our employees to use this. It is very easy to learn and equally easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This solution requires plenty of patience. It often causes delays in web loading time. This is not such a big deal, but this can get really frustrating at times.

We use this to send confidential information to our employees who have opted to work from home. This way, we can rest easy in the knowledge that our information won't be hacked by anyone. We also use this to test websites in other regions.
