What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the best things about ZenMate is that it allows me to view websites that I, otherwise, would not be able to access. All I have to do is to change my IP address--it's as simple as that.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes, this causes the connection to slow down a bit. To enjoy using this VPN, I need to have a fast internet connection.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I need to be able to view certain websites and Zenmate has allowed me to bypass blocked sites in my country. This solution also keeps me secure when browsing online.
