A very simple analytics tool.
Especially if you are new to analytics and need a starting point for your analysis with the support of insight feature. This tool can certainly help you with that.
Also, I like the play area which helps the users to carry out rigorous analysis without much pain unlike using excel sheets. Filters are very smooth and easy to understand.
Love the UI Simple yet very user-friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s better if the platform can provide more data connectors so that users can easily see data and analyze in different perspectives without wasting time to compile data to one single place.
Overall the tool is smooth and easy to use, and the insight platform is a standout feature compare to other BI tools out there in the market. It’s better if the platform allows for more advanced analytics.
