What are the best aspects of this product?
Decent feature set, very customisable, but it comes at a cost
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Don’t go with the iframe option. It’s not ready for the live environment, they didn’t test it nearly enough. Also, don’t come to Zingfit if you expect any kind of after sales support...you pay your year upfront and then they don’t want to know about it. I’ve had an issue on our Production site for 6 months (multiple customers can’t log in unless they clear their cache), no matter how many times I send in videos or logs showing this issue, they don’t make any progress.
It’s a shame, decent product let down by subpar operations.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Ongoing operations and support. They need to respond to sev 1/2 issues much more quickly than they currently do. 6 months and counting. Insane.

More like created problems. You pay a premium for this product, you definitely don’t get a premium service.
