Very efficient app as it keeps guests lists organized in a way that I want it to be.

What are the best aspects of this product?

zkipster, for me, is very useful and easy yo figure out. I use it to manage my events and make sure that the guests are comfortably seated once they arrive at the venue. It also comes with online forms that are easy to fill up and submit. I can also send repeat invites to people for other events.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could probably consider adding more option status on the guest list. So far, I can only tick two options, which confirm or not confirm the attendance of a specific guest. A comment section would be helpful should the guest have any particular request.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Event planning is more manageable and enjoyable with the use of zkipster. Sending multiple invites and confirmations is no longer a cumbersome task for me to accomplish.
