What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The web design interface could be better but they are coming out with enhancements every month. Most of the things we did not like last year are all new now so we know it will get nothing but better as time moves on. Most impressed on how quickly they have improved the entire platform.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Maybe some more detailed documentation with a few step by step instructions for the more in-depth features. We are not anywhere near web designers or developers so the platform as it is allows us to get things up and working pretty easy but the more we dig down to features out of our realm we could use more detailed docs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Just about everything.
We took over a struggling web based company and had to move off the web platform in use at the time.
Found Zoey and we were able to get a new site up and running quickly.
As we have moved forward the B2B features jumped out allowing us to target a new segment of business.
We seem to keep finding that no matter which direction we move our new ventures Zoey is the correct platform.
