A nice suite that does great things for my company.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Configuration is really easy to do. Reasonable price point. Super quick implementation. Showcases financial information that people can actually understand.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, the currency conversion isn't as precise as I'd like it to be. Whenever funds are moved from a dollar account to local currency, the differences are noticeable. Form customizations needs to be simpler. More platforms should be integrated with Zoho CRM.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Finances in my company are handled by me. Thanks for Zoho Books, it's convenient enough for me to do just that. Accessibility is immediate for my business assoicates. It's cloud-based, so I no longer depend on IT services or servers.
