An overall excellent internal communication tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

Not only that it integrates well with the Zoho CRM, but it also makes communicating with teammates much easier! No need to open different software/tabs/applications. Everything is in one software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The video conferencing function needs improvement, but overall, Zoho Cliq is the best communication tool I have ever used.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Know who is online and available, check in on them easily, easily update them and instruct/communicate how to do some processes.
