Best communication software thus far

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to multitask with Zoho Cliq. I can chat with three different people at once with the three-column layout while also still on the Zoho CRM.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Connections can be improved, but this is the best communication software I have ever used.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Easy to set up with the Zoho system, we have a better way of communicating with every one. Secure, recorded, can be easily searched.
