What are the best aspects of this product?

Send messages quickly. Send files, videos, images, weblinks, etc. Create polls, schedule a meeting, give assignments, give invitations. Zoho has a lot of features and functions so there is no need for additional applications that would clutter in your desktop and workflow. The interface is clean and easy to navigate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not many visuals. It can be added through the marketplace but I’d rather not purchase one.

So useful and communicate in one place! Messaging, notifications, reminders, sending files, videos, links, etc.
