Grate with Zoho Suite! Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to communicate with everyone.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Zoho Cliq in Mac: Needs to reload to work; visually, it looks like the web version.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Real-time communication with colleagues. It's so convenient, especially when I am with a client and they have a question/concern that needs help from another department. I can easily IM them and I would get the answer immediately.
