What are the best aspects of this product?
I am a Zoho Suite user so it’s a no brainer that I use Zoho Cliq as a chat app. Nevertheless, the application is great. What I love about its ability to be used in different devices and multiple channels. The three-section format lets me have a call with three different people and then shift from one person to another. Convenient and great when multi-tasking.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The Mac version sometimes needs to be reloaded or rebooted for it to run properly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Send private messages to anyone in real-time, get immediate replies from colleagues while on the phone with the client when the client needs clarification. In short, everyone is reachable with the app.
