What are the best aspects of this product?

The app is so efficient! I can contact my colleagues immediately and get replies immediately. We can even contact other departments using the app and get answers quickly as well. It makes decision making so much faster and with less stress with both parties.

I have no complaints. The app has improved the way we do things in the company.

Saves time—everything that needed to be consulted is done through the app so fewer emails, back and forth in offices, and fewer phone calls.
