What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho Cliq is a great application for communicating with your team. It can be used in different operating systems and different devices and I can always contact each of them and as one even if I am not in the office. The software itself is easy to use, it is simple that even though I am not tech-savvy I can confidently navigate on it. Their support team is always excellent, always attentive, ready to help, and able to fix the problems and solve problems immediately.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far none. It is an incredible app that can connect me to my team any time and every time.

Connect with my team securely; No worry of leaked information; It connects us more and I can sense more responsibility with every member; They share information more and this has increased the overall morale and sense of commitment within our members. This is also a great app for reaching customers and have more personal contact with them.
