Easy to use, clean, and organized. I can easily reply to anyone within the group.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Closing a conversation in the single chat option creates like an old conversation line where the last user’s window pops up. It’s hard to “gain control” from that.

Communicating with colleagues in a big company like ours became much easier and calmer.
