What are the best aspects of this product?

Aesthetically it looks modern and professional. Function-wise I love how we can do so much in the chat feature: we can send different files, create polls, tags, send links and video clips, and even event invitations and virtual assignments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope there would be more visual collaboration tool soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

More organized messaging system, a notification system that lets us know if a teammate is online/available or busy and when new messages arrive, real-time communication, chat, video call, and calling function.
