What are the best aspects of this product?

First off, the app can be used by anybody because it can be used in different devices, in various operating systems, and browsers. Second, messaging, sending files, videos, etc. using the app has been a breeze. Easy to communicate with people within the company and makes collaboration a lot easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

With integration with Zoho Suite, it is a great tool for collaborating with other departments in the company. However, for the chat functions, Slack is still more powerful.
