What are the best aspects of this product?
Because Zoho Cliq is integrated with our Zoho CRM, we can easily connect with our colleagues without leaving the CRM. Very convenient, connects us faster.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Video quality still not par with Zoom. Although I really love the chat functions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Checking in with my team especially during this time of remote work. Extremely convenient because we do not need to shift from one window to another when talking and using the CRM.
