What are the best aspects of this product?

It's very versatile. You're able to deploy things at a novice level. You can branch out via the script builder and then move to free scripting. Zoho Creator is logically made, sensible, and nicely refined.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would've been nice if there were more scripting examples. It needs to go beyond the usual syntax structures.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Getting students to enroll to senior college by means of online enrollment. Also involves course selections and interviews. The efficiency of its automated workflow shocked our institution. We're no longer dependent on using paper-based records.
