There are some things you won't be to work with in Creator. Typically, such things can be addressed with some flexible approach. It requires a bit of creativity to make that work. Also, users don't always get what they want with this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm making business apps for both small and medium scale businesses. These can range anywhere from a service scheduling app to an intricate back-end system for a marketing website. Creator allows for flexiblity and robustness to its already wonderful Zoho CRM Plus. While CRM can do a lot of things as a standalone platform, organizations have their own requirements that CRM can't immediately cover for.
