What are the best aspects of this product?

I never thought that a simple drag and drop technique can be used for creating a sophisticated database. But Zoho Creator efficiently does just that for us. It has dependable personnel on the user support line too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel it needs more improvements when it comes to personalizing the outputs, especially when tweaking the formats. I am not satisfied with its fonts and colors among other related points.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zoho Creator is a great solution that lets me create a completely personalized database. It helps me create different databases; one for each of my customers. Then, I can sync all of those databases into a central hub that I directly use.
