Zoho Creator is an adaptable platform that contains so many useful features. Using it is a very seamless experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its documentations lack some guidelines and overview for certain functions. Most notably, it doesn’t describe deluge scripts and API proficiently.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has efficiently made some irregular company processes automatic, especially those that should be synced to customer relationship management. Zoho's customer relationship management tool has amazing features that are very useful for our specific needs, and Zoho Creator makes many processes more adaptable.
