What are the best aspects of this product?

I adore Zoho Creator because: It is really easy to setup and use; It is seamlessly integrated with other Zoho products (CRM, for instance); It lays out information clearly and provides access shortcuts; It has unrestricted potential to unlock.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

These are the things I don't like (but I don't mind either): Lack of columns across HTML interface, lack of customization option, at least for the visual experience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We made use of the unlimited data access to streamline our work, and we reduced the visual effect of our proceses.
