A powerful tool. It's fantastic for customers, management, and agents. Zoho Desk has made it possible for us to get together with the entire team in all departments to resolve common issues of a particular project. Integration with our CRM and other products is above average.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A lot of functions are concealed. You'll need to try exteremely hard to sniff them out. So, expect it to be hard for the first time users to get to know all the features offered. This will require improving their menus and grouping.

We're using ZohoDesk in managing and taking control of our current customer support system. Thanks to this powerful service, I can finally do things conveniently. Back then, it wasn't possible since I had to go through a lot of things manually. This time around, I can now collaborate with my team with ease.
